1.  What is your turnaround time?

Our turnaround time varies depending on the project, we have delivered content with a couple of hours, but we like some creative time, and when allowed to we typically deliver the average project within 1-3 weeks.

2. What are your Copywriting rates?

Our rates vary depending on the project, we are always happy to provide a free quote.
We generally charge a flat fee for projects, but we are flexible and can also charge by the day or hour if that works better for you.

When we provide you with a quote, we will have considered everything involved in the project, including the research, the creative writing, the urgency etc any other tasks that are necessary. This way, you'll know exactly how much it will cost upfront, and there won't be any nasty surprises later on.

3,  If it’s not quite right, can you do amends?
Absolutely and we will insist upon it, as we want you to be happy withour services.

If we have charged a project fee, then we are happy to make amend until you are happy with the work. If we have quoted an hourly or day rate, then of course you’ll get some amends, and we aren’t silly about it, they are usually free.

4.  What is your experience?
Great question, we are over 30 years combined experience in marketing and as businesspeople we have worked in telecoms, utilities, legal services, software, manufacturing, retail, banking and charity. We have worked for (and with) businesses of all sizes.
